Leon Black Accused in Federal Court of Raping Autistic Teen Trafficked by Jeffrey Epstein

Embattled Billionaire Also Facing Senate Scrutiny for $158M in Payments to Late Convicted Pedophile

The Jeffrey Epstein Curse seems to be intensifying. As we near the fourth anniversary of his ultra-suspicious death in New York's MMC prison, the stain of his association is becoming ever more toxic, and not less.

Just ask embattled billionaire financier Leon Black. A mere days ago, it surfaced that he had paid $62 million to avoid prosecution by the US Virgin Islands for his association with Epstein. Now, he finds himself a target of Senate Committee investigation, and - worse - faces a shocking accusation in Federal Court of having raped an underage autistic girl in Epstein's home.

New York Post reports:

"Billionaire investor Leon Black was accused Tuesday of raping an autistic teenager inside Jeffrey Epstein’s Manhattan mansion two decades ago after the pedophile financier facilitated a 'hand off', new court documents show."

Under the pseudonym 'Jane Doe', the plaintiff says she was only 16 when Black raped her inside Epstein’s New York townhouse in 2002, abusing her with sex toys and causing her to bleed.

The lawsuit states that Black violently raped her because 'Jeffrey Epstein knew Jane Doe would never disobey'.

“Developmentally she is about 12, and when she was threatened to do as told because ‘bad girls’ get in ‘trouble,’ she did as she was told.”

Jane Doe, who suffers from 'Mosaic Down Syndrome', claims she was trafficked by Epstein and his imprisoned co-conspirator Ghislaine Maxwell for a year before the alleged rape by Black.

Her neurological condition made her a 'perfect target', the complaint alleges.

"Doe says she met the debauched couple after her abusive cheerleading coach took her an 'adult party' in a Washington DC suburb, where Maxwell fawned over her 'beautiful bright blue eyes, blonde hair and perfect hair' that made her look like a living 'doll', the filing states."

21 years ago, in 2002, at his Manhattan townhouse, Jeffrey Epstein executed a ‘hand off’ to his close friend Leon Black, the filing alleges.

She claims to have been ordered to strip and give Black a massages, but Black violently threw her on the massage table.

“'She tried to scream but Black placed his hand over her mouth and leaned over her while ripping off her shirt and under her skirt pulling her underwear off', the filing reads."

Jane Doe says Epstein found her crying, refused to let her see a doctor and said Maxwell would 'take care' of her.

Black completely denies all charges. His lawyer Susan Estrich called Doe's lawsuit 'frivolous'.

Reuters reported:

"'He never met this woman', Estrich said in an interview. 'He doesn't know her at all. We're confident the lawsuit is totally uncorroborated by any evidence. It has nothing to do with Leon Black'."

This is not the first time that Black, who co-founded private equity firm Apollo Global Management, is accused of rape.

"Black has denied other sexual abuse accusations, including in a dismissed lawsuit by former Russian model Guzel Ganieva, and a lawsuit by Cheri Pierson who also claimed he raped her in Epstein's home two decades ago."

The highly disturbing allegations in the suit are NOT the only Epstein-linked trouble brewing for Black.

The New York Times reported:

"A Senate committee is investigating whether $158 million that the billionaire investor Leon Black paid the disgraced financier Jeffrey Epstein for tax and estate planning services should have been classified as a gift, as part of a broader inquiry into tax-avoidance schemes by ultrawealthy individuals, according to a letter sent by the committee to Mr. Black.

In addition to the fees that Mr. Black said he had paid Mr. Epstein, the Senate Finance Committee is looking into several trusts that Mr. Black used to save on taxes and advice that Mr. Epstein gave on art purchases, according to the letter, which the committee’s chairman, Senator Ron Wyden, sent to the private equity mogul on Monday."
