A new picture has emerged that casts doubt over legal claims made by Prince Andrew's defense in his civil case against Virginia Giuffre, who is suing him for sexual assault - namely, the claim that he was never close to Ghislaine Maxwell.
The picture shows Andrew, Bill Clinton, Ghislaine Maxwell and an unidentified woman touring Buckingham palace.
It's incredible to think that, on the eve of his testimony, Randy Andy pulled another one of those horrible moves. This one is laughable, and demonstrably false. Let me say it again: he has denied ever being close to Maxwell in a document filed in court. The hubris is astonishing.
We can't help but agree with the Guardian editorial: he is entitled, obtuse and has been shamefully silent over Epstein’s [and Maxwell's] victims.
People who have engaged in criminal behavior will try to obfuscate and lie - that's a fact of life. The more powerful, the more invincible they were made to feel by their prolonged impunity. But for a man with the resources Randy Andy has, to be making one shameful blunder after another is beyond understanding.
It bears mentioning that his legal team is NOT alleging in the legal papers filed in civil court that 'he can't sweat' or that 'he was at a Pizza place with his daughters' at the time Virginia Giuffre claims she was assaulted by him. They mean to leave that behind, if they can.
The Duke went on national television in the UK and made two unforced errors that will ultimately have cost him his stance in 'the firm'.
And now he is making more stupid mistakes, always rooted in his sense of being untouchable.
A normal person will try not to tell lies that can be demonstrated as such. Most of all, they will try not to do that in court filings.
His excuses for having met or even hosted Maxwell in dozens of events is the definition of absurd: she was either there with his guest Jeffrey Epstein, or because she was there with Kevin Spacey. Like that would be a more wholesome explanation. His team actually went out with the 'brilliant' idea that Spacey will help clean up the Duke's reputation.
It becomes clear he doesn't have a friend in this world, and no one dares speak the truth to him.
But the picture that really matters is the one taken at Maxwell London Belgravia's townhouse. The silver bullet. The one they have to discredit at all costs.
'Prince Andrew's lawyers have reportedly asked his accuser Virginia Roberts to give them the original version of the infamous photograph […] showing the pair together at Ghislaine Maxwell's London home, amid claims that it is a fake.'
The Duke's defense hopes their expert will cast doubt on the photograph's authenticity. And perhaps they can. But bear in mind: Virginia Giuffre has already won settlements from Epstein and Maxwell. She is a fighter, and well-schooled in their dirty tricks.
Virginia claims the picture, that shows Andrew with his arm around her waist and Maxwell standing behind the pair in a doorway, was taken when she was 17, on the same night the Randy Andy allegedly sexually assaulted her the first of three times.
The Duke has told in his train-wreck of an interview, that he is not much of a hugger. Be as it may, I leave you with this rather distasteful picture above to show that he can be 'hands-on'.
ALSO: Many people know this picture: Maxwell, Epstein and Harvey Weinstein. It was taken at a costume party for Andrew's daughter. Because, you know, people who are not close to you tend to go to your most important events. Maybe Harvey Weinstein can vouch for him?
So good to see you again my friend! Hope all is well. NCSWIC!
I’m thinking prince dukie has been socially awkward all of his life and had “friends” because he was in that royal family! Otherwise he would have been a normal creepy guy people avoided or tolerated—-I mean think about it— who would ask Kevin Spacey to help with their reputation if they had any real friends with brains—-even mummy kicked him to the curb!
